2024 AGM
The Annual Report including the auditor’s financial statements for the year ending 31st March 2024, can be downloaded below. Submitting remits for discussion and proxy forms for anyone who couldn't attend are now closed. We look forward to welcoming you at our AGM 2025 and will advise the date and location nearer to the time.
At the AGM, the Board proposed a change to the TNZ rules which were all accepted during the AGM. The reason for this is that the Incorporated Society Act 2022 requires certain aspects to be covered by entity rules that were not already present in the TNZ rules. The board has taken this opportunity to also make a few other minor changes for example adding that online voting will always be allowed at an AGM. Please see below for a copy of the proposed new rules. Sections that have seen significant changes are highlighted in yellow. There is also an explanation of the changes for you to look at below – these cover the changes required by the Act and the proposed extra changes and the reasons for each one.
